Dr. Bloch was a Medical Director at MACIPA (Independent Physician Association). She graduated a fellowship at the Harvard Medical School for Innovation in Healthcare Delivery. Dr. Bloch received an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2013 and an M.D. from Tel Aviv University in 2000.
