Principal, Grove ventures
Renana manages the investment team at Grove Ventures, a deep technology fund based in Israel. Grove was established by Dov Moran, the inventor of the USB flash drive and focuses on deep technology, Israeli based early stage ventures.
Renana comes from a strong technical background and brings with her over a a decade of product and managerial experience in the areas of Technology, Global Innovation and strategic marketing.
Prior to joining Grove Renana worked at Applied Materials, a global technology leader, in several product and technical management positions, and was an engineering research fellow at the Center for Innovation in Global Health Technologies at Northwestern University developing diagnostic devices for poor resourced countries.
Renana is a captain (res.) in the IDF and had served as a technology officer in the military’s elite intelligence unit 8200.
Renana holds a BSc from Tel Aviv University and an MSc from Northwestern University (Chicago, USA) in Engineering.
